In 2025, many fan-favorite movies will return coming out into live-action.
The Disney Animated Film “Lilo and Stitch,” came out in 2002, before any of us were born yikes! Although it grew into a franchise with a whooping 4 movies and 1 animated series.
Continuing, There was a big conservatory around the making of this movie. Starring Jack Black as Steve from Minecraft, no not as a voice actor, as an actor. YES, the guy who voice acted Po the Panda from “DreamWorks Animated Film Kung Fu Panda.” Mojang Studios released their famous game “Minecraft” to PC players on May 17, 2009, It wasn’t even called “Minecraft” yet it was named “Cave Game” and it was fully released in 2011 for all phone users. “Minecraft” is so “old”, that people are still playing it with their friends and many people create content off it.
However, we are not done talking about Live action movies yet. If you’re into fantasy movies you are in luck because How To Train Your Dragon live-action has been announced recently. The story of a young Viking who befriended a monstrous dragon in a world that despises dragons and hunts them down for a living but “Hiccup” is here to change that. Starring Mason Thames in the role of Hiccup Haddock And a totally “real” dragon playing Toothless.
Currently, many people are raving about “Wicked” blowing people’s minds starring Ariana Grande as Glinda The Good and Cynthia Erivo As The Wicked Witch of the West. Everyone has to have at least heard of The Wizard Of Oz at some point in their lifetime, Wicked Part 1 is the events before The Wizard Of Oz. Coming in 2025 Wicked Part 2 will hit theaters being about the events of “Elphaba” (The Wicked Witch Of The West) Every Theater Kid is waiting for this Musical to finally come onto the big screen.
Enough about these live-action adaptations because if you’re into horror and thriller “The Conjuring” is getting another movie, Which is best known to almost everyone and the infamous Annabelle doll who all of us were scared of at one point, however, “The Conjuring The Last Rites” has little to no information on what this last paranormal event will be about….yet.
Okay, we can continue the Live-action adaptation rant again because Disney’s 1937 animated film “Snow White” is getting a live-action as well. The first Disney princess is getting her Movie after decades. The actor for “Snow White” is starring Rachel Zegler Which is mostly known from “The Hunger Games: The Songbirds & Snakes”
